A man born with the temperament of a hero,
but unable to showcase his talent due to a lack of opportunity,
is stuck in a state of inferiority and defeatism,
forever aspiring to be a hero.
He dismisses other heroes as shallow, kitschy sellouts,
while proudly believing himself to be a true hero in the making.
One day, after being scammed and forced to take out a loan from a loan shark,
he reluctantly enters a hero audition—
the epitome of the kitsch he so despises.
Will he become kitsch,
or will he rise to become a true Übermensch hero?
